Zygrel is eaten with or without food.
Typical Dosage
The typical dose of Zygrel for adults is 75 mg/day. Zygrel is commonly used at the same time every day. This medicine is not known to be addictive or habit-forming.
This medicine should be used on an as-needed basis. Zygrel should be used as directed by the doctor even if you feel well, or even if you think that there is no need for you to use your medicine.

2. Qualitative and quantitative composition
Each film-coated tablet contains 111.86 mg clopidogrel besilate corresponding to 75 mg clopidogrel.
Excipients with known effect: Each film-coated tablet contains 73.61 mg of lactose and 0.29 mg of lecithin (contains soya oil) (E322).

WHAT IS ZYGREL 75MG?
Zygrel 75mg is used alone or together with aspirin to lessen the chance of a heart attack or stroke. It is given to patients who have already had a heart attack, severe chest pain, or a stroke, or to patients with other circulation problems that could cause a stroke or heart attack.
 
A heart attack or stroke may occur when a blood vessel is blocked by a blood clot. Zygrel 75mg is a platelet inhibitor. It reduces the chance that a harmful blood clot will form by preventing platelets from clumping together in the blood. Zygrel 75mg may also increase the chance of serious bleeding in some people.
Zygrel 75mg is available only with your doctor's prescription.
