 Return and exchange are made in one of the following pharmacies (Ibn Rushd Commercial Pharmacy - Ibn Rushd Pharmacy Umm Al Dom Al Rayyan - Al Huda Pharmacy Doha - Ibn Rushd Drug Store)

The product must be in its original packaging, sealed and usable again

The original purchase receipt must be presented upon return or exchange

In the case of purchasing products during the promotion period or obtaining a free product, the reduced or free product must be returned with the original product

The same debit/credit card used for the purchase must be presented

A full refund of the value of the product shall be within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, for products sold at their original price that prove manufacturing defects.

Replace the sold products at their original price within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase

Replace products sold at a reduced price or during the promotion period within three (3) days from the date of purchase

Replacement of defective electronic devices is within the warranty period, provided that the malfunction is caused by manufacturing defects and not misuse by the customer

The following products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances:

Medicines of all kinds, food products and infant formula

Medical cosmetics

Refrigerated items that are kept below eight (8) degrees Celsius

Personal use products such as medical clothing and medical stockings

Nebulizer, aerosol and inhaler products or devices

Wheelchairs and mobility aids

Electronic devices that are defective outside the warranty period

Returns refund method:

Products sold for cash: The value is refunded for cash

Products sold with a credit card or direct debit card are refunded by the bank to the account of the same card used for the purchase
