Vitamin E is found naturally in some foods, added to others, and available as a dietary supplement. “Vitamin E” is the collective name for a group of fat-soluble compounds with distinctive activities that contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble nutrient that stops the production of ROS formed when fat undergoes oxidation. In addition to its activities protecting cells from oxidative stress, vitamin E is involved in the maintenance of normal health and wellness.
Directions for Use:
Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily after food. Can be increased up to two capsules daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
