Product Description
 
A scar gel based on silicone oil technology internationally recommended as the first line of treatment in scar management.
Silicon oil technology is used for:
Prevention of scar development.
Aiding the healing of damaged skin surfaces.
Management of new and existing scars.
Softening and flattening raised scars.
Reducing redness and discoloration.
Relieving itching and discomfort associated with scars
How to use:
First, the area to be treated should be cleaned with water. Then, the gel can be applied to a clean dry skin. Do make sure that you apply the gel in a very thin layer. Massage the gel into the scar and the surrounding skin using a circular motion. Allow the gel to dry 4–5 minutes. Any surplus gel can be removed with a cloth or tissue. May be applied twice a day.
When the gel has dried, you can apply cosmetics if desired.
Warning and cautions:
Scarmed may not be used in case of open wounds and should not come into contact with the eyes or mucous membranes.
