Travoprost 40 micrograms/mL/ Timolol 5 mg/mL Eye drops solution
 
What Travoprost/ Timolol is used for:
This product is used for adults (including elderly) with elevated eye pressure which may lead to glaucoma. 
Do not use Travoprost/ Timolol: 
If you are allergic to Travoprost, other prostaglandin analogs, Timolol, other beta-blockers or any of the ingredients in this medicine.
Tell your doctor about the allergy and what signs you had.
If you currently have or have previously had respiratory problems like asthma or severe chronic obstructive bronchitis (severe lung disease which may cause difficulty breathing and wheezing).
If you have heart problems like heart failure (inability of your heart muscle to pump properly), low heart rate, or irregular heart rhythm.  
If you suffer from severe hay fever (allergic rhinitis). 
If the surface of your eye is cloudy.
Warnings and Precautions:
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you develop allergic reactions such as shortness of breath, skin rash, swelling of the face or neck, decreased blood pressure and dizziness. 
Talk to your doctor before starting this medicine if you have heart problems like coronary heart disease (symptoms include difficulty breathing, chest pain or tightness), heart failure (symptoms may include shortness of breath, swelling of the limbs and abdomen, fatigue), low blood pressure, changes in heart rate (e.g. slow heart rate); respiratory problems like asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; poor blood circulation problems (e.g. Raynaud’s disease), overactive thyroid gland, diabetes, severe allergic reaction and myasthenia gravis (chronic neuromuscular weakness).
Make sure that you tell your doctor if you have an eye inflammation. 
Make sure that you tell your doctor if you have a planned surgery. Timolol may affect some medicines used during anesthesia used in some surgeries.
If you experience any severe allergic reaction (redness and itching of the eye, skin rash) while using this medicine, adrenaline therapy may not be as effective. Therefore, make sure that you tell your doctor that you are using this medicine before you receive any treatment regardless of the cause of the allergy. 
This medicine may be absorbed by your skin. Make sure that you avoid contact of the eye drop with your skin. If this happens, wash it off immediately especially if you are pregnant or plan to get pregnant. 
This medication may cause changes in your eye color, eyelashes and their growth, length, thickness, color, direction and number. Once you stop using this medication, the color change of your eye is expected to be permanent, unlike the eyelashes and periorbital area (area around the eyes) that are expected to gain their original color.

تيمولول هو دواء ينتمي إلى فئة تعرف باسم "حاصرات بيتا". كلا المكونين الفعالين يساعدان في تقليل ضغط العين.
يعمل هذا المنتج عن طريق تقليل ضغط العين عن طريق تعزيز تصريف السائل الصافي المتراكم في عينك والذي يجب تصريفه واستبداله بانتظام بسائل جديد.
يساعد هذا المنتج أيضًا في تقليل الكمية المنتجة من هذا السائل.
قد تؤدي زيادة ضغط العين إلى الإصابة بالجلوكوما إذا لم يتم علاجها بشكل صحيح. يستخدم هذا المنتج للمرضى (بما في ذلك كبار السن) الذين يعانون من ارتفاع ضغط العين.
